Tri Com Central Dispatch is an intergovernmental agency created in 1976 for the purpose of providing combined public safety communications for the cities of St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, and Elburn Illinois and their fire protection districts. The center directly receives 9-1-1 and other emergency phone calls in our area and directly dispatches police, fire and EMS personnel and vehicles.  Employees work 3 shifts throughout a 24 hour period.
